Spa Etiquette

• We respectfully request 48 hours cancellation notice for spa packages and a 24 hour cancellation notice for all other services.
• For the comfort of our guests we ask that cell phones be turned off.
• We gladly accept cash, check, Visa and Mastercard credit cards as forms of payment. 
• We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your spa treatment(s). A late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time in order to accommodate other guests.
• A locker, spa robe and slippers are provided for each guest.
• We ask that you please inform your therapist of any health conditions that may be contraindications for massage therapy, heat therapies or skin care.
• All prices, services and hours of operation are subject to change without prior notice.
• We are a smoke free and alcohol free environment.
• Gift certificates available.
• Referrals are appreciated and rewarded
